Stress

This anger I feel

A strong wind

A hurricane of hate

Knocking everything from its path

Destroying the joy I once felt

Every ounce of love I may have had

Now gone in the raging storm

The stress building up

Breaking loose from its bonds

Releasing terror and destruction

But as the clouds roll away

A calmness returns

And I feel at peace once again
